Wooheon Kim

Wooheon's research interests focus on the technical aspects of large-scale whole-genome sequencing and genome-wide association studies in autism. I am particularly interested in exploring how advanced compuational methodologies can contribute to more robust and efficient data analysis and uncovering genetic factors associated with autism. This research aims to deepen our understanding of genetic variation in large cohorts and its implications in neurodevelopmental conditions.우헌의 연구 관심사는 자폐증에 대한 대규모 전장유전체 시퀀싱(WGS) 및 전장유전체 연관 분석(GWAS)의 기술적 측면에 있습니다. 특히 첨단 계산 방법론이 보다 정밀하고 효율적인 데이터 분석과 자폐증 관련 유전적 요인 발굴에 어떻게 기여할 수 있는지를 탐구하고 있습니다. 이 연구는 대규모 코호트에서의 유전적 변이와 신경발달 질환에서의 함의에 대한 이해를 심화하는 것을 목표로 합니다.
