Davin Lee

Davin Lee investigates cellular interactions and molecular regulatory mechanisms within the neuroimmune system using single-cell RNA sequencing and multi-omics data. His research focuses on autism spectrum disorder, aiming to elucidate how cross-talk among immune cells influences inflammatory responses and neurodevelopmental processes. By analyzing cell type, developmental stage, and sex-specific transcriptional changes at the single-cell level and integrating these findings into a large-scale single-cell transcriptomic atlas, He seeks to advance a comprehensive understanding of neuroimmune mechanisms underlying brain disorders.다빈은 단일세포 RNA 시퀀싱과 다중 오믹스 데이터를 활용하여 신경면역 시스템 내 세포 간 상호작용과 분자 조절 기전을 연구하고 있습니다. 자폐 스펙트럼 장애를 중심으로, 면역 세포 간 상호 신호 전달이 염증 반응과 신경발달 과정에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 것을 목표로 합니다. 단일세포 수준에서 세포 유형별, 발달 단계별, 성별 특이적 전사 변화를 분석하고 이를 대규모 단일세포 전사체 아틀라스에 통합함으로써, 뇌 질환의 기저에 있는 신경면역 기전에 대한 포괄적인 이해를 발전시키고자 합니다.
