By analyzing cell type, developmental stage, and sex-specific transcriptional changes at the single-cell level and integrating these findings into a large-scale single-cell transcriptomic atlas, He seeks to advance a comprehensive understanding of neuroimmune mechanisms underlying brain disorders.
