Jaemin participated in cancer multi-omics research as an undergraduate intern in An Lab. He co-authored a comprehensive review on integrative multi-omics approaches in cancer research (Heo YJ et al., Molecules and Cells, 2021), which covered how the integration of genomic, transcriptomic, proteomic, and epigenomic data can elucidate biological networks and clinical subtypes in cancer.재민은 안랩에서 학부 인턴으로 암 멀티오믹스 연구에 참여하였습니다. 암 연구에서의 통합 다중오믹스 접근법에 대한 종합 리뷰 논문(Heo YJ et al., Molecules and Cells, 2021)을 공저하였으며, 유전체, 전사체, 단백질체, 후성유전체 데이터의 통합이 암의 생물학적 네트워크와 임상 아형 규명에 어떻게 기여하는지를 다루었습니다.
