Seoyoun's research interests lie in the use of genomic language models to investigate non-coding variants in the human genome. She is particularly interested in leveraging deep learning to predict the disease risk on non-coding variants and in exploring model architectures that can capture biologically meaningful patterns. She hopes to contribute to a deeper understanding of the functional roles of noncoding regions in human disorders.서윤의 연구 관심사는 유전체 언어 모델을 활용하여 인간 유전체의 비코딩 변이를 분석하는 데 있습니다. 특히 딥러닝을 활용한 비코딩 변이의 질환 위험도 예측과 생물학적으로 의미 있는 패턴을 포착할 수 있는 모델 구조 탐색에 관심을 가지고 있습니다. 이를 통해 인간 질환에서 비코딩 영역의 기능적 역할에 대한 심층적인 이해에 기여하고자 합니다.
