Sungmin is interested in genome-wide association study (GWAS) and sequencing data analysis. He is currently a Research Assistant in Korea National Institute of Health working on GWAS and sequencing data analysis. During the training in An Lab, he is studying on the establishment of a pipeline for analyzing sequencing data of population group and the discovery of specific genetic variations of population group through seqeuncing data analysis.
