Youngseok is interested in applying AI and bioinformatics to uncover the biological processes underlying neurodevelopmental disorders (NDDs) such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Currently, Young Seok is working on a research project that aims to explain the biological mechanisms behind ASD by leveraging single-cell transcriptome data and deep learning frameworks.영석은 AI와 생물정보학을 활용하여 자폐 스펙트럼 장애(ASD) 등 신경발달 장애(NDDs)의 생물학적 과정을 규명하는 데 관심을 가지고 있습니다. 현재 단일세포 전사체 데이터와 딥러닝 프레임워크를 활용하여 ASD의 생물학적 기전을 설명하는 연구 프로젝트를 수행하고 있습니다.
